The story is about Cheran searching for a life partner. Along the way, he meets Vimala Raman, Ramya Nambisan, Karthika, Gajala and Navia Nair. Pasupathy as a blind man and Nitin Sathya do some surprising characters.
The shooting took place in Nagerkoil and surrounding areas. After the film release, the 'Raman Thediya Seethai' unit will watch the film along with the audience in Nagerkoil and after that, discuss the film with them.
Director Jagannath has been assistant to Cheran. Cheran is showing as much interest in the film as if it were his own production. It is his idea to meet the audience and have a dialogue with them.
